ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT

Today Thursday the 30^th of May 2013, His Excellency President Sprent Dabwido after the resignation of the Minister for Finance the Hon. Roland Kun has issued a public notice regarding the assignments of his Government ministerial portfolios. 

The President has appointed himself also as President to be the Minister for Finance & Sustainable Development and Minister for Foreign Affairs & Trade. 

Furthermore, the President has appointed the Minister for Health the Hon. Shadlog Bernicke to be the Minister for Justice & Border Control, Minister for Sports and Minister for Fisheries. 

Last and not least, the President appointed the Minister for Education the Hon. Aloysius Amwano also the Minister for Nauru Rehabilitation Corporation. 

All these ministerial assignments by the President are assigned in addition to each of the Ministers permanent portfolios, as they are previously held by Mr. Kun prior to his resignation. So stay tune, for more update.
